Brian Rizman | Managing Director
An experienced leader, Brian has been helping clients through complex technology, strategy and compliance challenges and opportunities for nearly twelve years. His most recent experience was in PwC's Process, Risk, Controls, Security and Governance national practice, where he was responsible for leading the competency, team, solution strategy, client relationships and sales in the Southern California region.
Through his tenure he has worked with multinational and private organizations on their business and technology transformation programs that have focused on cost reduction and increased automation, standardizing business processes and operations, growth and acquisition, and/or strategic segmentation and divestiture.
He has worked with clients in a variety of sectors and has worked across levels, including the establishment of a strategic vision with executives, to the tactical implementation of solutions in the business.
While at PwC he was part of the innovation team responsible for developing a technology solution enabling client's to gain insights and ultimately address their financial, compliance and operational risks and issues via data, analytics and visualization. Furthermore, Brian has led numerous SAP solution implementations, as well as for other ERPs (Oracle, Salesforce, Workday).
Brian is passionate about people, collaboration, learning and quality outcomes. Having lived and worked abroad in the United Kingdom for three years, and working with clients in over a dozen countries, he embraces diverse ideas while fostering and participating in inclusive teams. For over six years, Brian was a member of PwC's Global ERP Leadership Team, where he was the solution leader responsible for aligning SAP consulting strategies, tools and technologies worldwide. Similarly, he was responsible for his practice's Learning and Development efforts for four years. He also was recognized as a national leader from an LGBT diversity perspective.
